I’ve never been great at posting on social media. I joke with my family and friends that no one really cares about the avocado toast I made that morning.
But I do make a pretty avocado toast almost every day. I find it to be the perfect late breakfast/early lunch (and let’s be honest, sometimes a lazy dinner).
